Print design is the
culmination of many facets
including identity, layout,
photography, typography
and illustration.
Knowledge of print
processes and materials is
crucial to the success of
the end product from
catalogue or brochure to
stationery or mailshot.
Packaging design is not
only about 3D layout. From
the outset, the pack must
be visually attractive,
functional and informative.
The graphic elements
should reflect or create the
aspirations and quality of
the product. The container
provides a home, but the
external visual messages
conveyed by the pack
design create the desire
for the product to be
released.
Website design has now
become an artform in its
own right and an important
marketing tool. Although it
has it’s limitations, new
creative solutions appear
constantly. Our approach,
whether e-commerce,
multi-lingual, database
driven or purely pages of
fast information, is to
provide functionality and
visual appeal as standard.
Corporate identity design
draws on trademarks,
symbols, lettering,
illustration, colour, shape
and form to create a
personal fingerprint - the
basic human desire to
express individuality. An
awareness of the technical
limitations of an identity’s
usage, we believe, is a
crucial factor in the design
process.
